Description

Bruker BioSpin Corp. has an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong, proven engineering skills to install and service Bruker MRI equipment. The MRI Service Engineer performs preventative maintenance on MRI customer systems; participates in training courses, updates on features and software of new products and communicates/works closely with service/support centers.

Qualification

  • B.S. in electrical engineering, electronics, biotech or chemistry related fields or equivalent experience required along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical and/or electronic equipment on MRI Systems. 
  • Strong technical skills on analytical instrumentation and strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and knowledge of C++ desirable.
  • Ability to work independently yet have a team focus.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and feed cable through a ceiling environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as over 50% travel required.
